My friend Beth LOVES bubble baths, so she wanted to treat herself with a design to look at each time she was enjoying a long soak in the tub.  She found an old frame that she had in the garage, placed it around the design, and here is the result!  Simply adorable!

And I love how this turned out on her newly painted green walls in her dining room.
